Scientific Recruitment Consultant Wanted for Great Company in Leeds

The Business

An established, pro-active & forward thinking Scientific Recruitment Company, that has grown and developed consistently year on year.  They have a very established database of clients that include blue-chip multinationals to small start-ups. They recruit across Sales, Marketing & Applications roles into the scientific sector. They have cultivated a very strong team in Leeds; the majority of their Recruitment Consultants have been with the business for years.

 The Role

Due to continued growth and demand from their clients (they have too many jobs to handle) they now have a position available within in their Permanent Scientific Division based in Leeds.  You will be responsible for the full 360 recruitment life cycle, however the market is very candidate driven, and therefore the majority of your time would be spent headhunting and networking to source candidates for your clients.

You will be working with a friendly bunch that are very team orientated and look to help and support each other. This is a target driven role and you will have set individual KPI’s and targets to achieve, however it is not a high pressurised boiler room working environment.

 The Candidate

Ideally you will have a successful track record of recruiting in the scientific industry and would be able to bring existing business. However if you have a proven successful track record in multi-level sales or search & selection or professional services recruitment then we would like to hear from you.
