Recruitment Consultant - Engineering / Technical

Recruitment Consultants £25 – 35k, plus commission.

Our client is a successful consultancy that are now entering a very exciting period where they will expand their operation further by recruiting a number of experienced recruitment consultants.

Specifically, they’re looking for consultants with previous experience of “White Collar” Engineering / Technical recruitment on either a permanent or contract basis.  Ideally your experience will be within one of the following disciplines:

Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Renewables, Engineering Construction, Engineering Manufacturing (aerospace etc).

Recruitment consultants from other professional disciplines will be considered.

You will be used to operating as a 360 consultant gaining and fulfilling your own positions, identifying candidates and negotiating terms.  Opportunities to develop desks within both the Permanent and Contract sectors exist.

Initially you will be based out of their offices in either Gloucester or Worcester although they do have plans to open a new location further South.

The company have been established for over 10 years and now employ over 100 staff throughout 10 locations in the UK and further locations across Europe.  They are looking to expand massively over the next 6 months with a view of recruiting up to 10 new members of staff.

Salary will be dependant on experience but will be from £25 – 35k plus a very good commission structure and car allowance.
