Resourcer £18k plus commission

This leading global recruitment consultancy, who has firmly established themselves as 1^st choice supplier to some of the worlds leading Technology companies, is now searching for a number of Resourcers due to the increase in demand for their services.

Based at their offices located in Birmingham, your role as a Recruitment Resourcer will require you to identify potential candidates within select organisations and upon making initial contact, gauge their suitability and potential to be forwarded for opportunities.

To be considered for the role ideally candidates will be graduates who can show resilience, tenacity, common sense and have the confidence to communicate with MD’s and senior staff of major Blue Chip organisations.

The training on offer is in-depth and ongoing and has proved to be very successful with a number of their top consultants “home grown.”  This is a fantastic opportunity to join an extremely successful organisation with the potential to move into a Consultant role and earn in excess of £70k per annum.
