Job Title: Facilities Coordinator
Department: Facilities & Administration
Role Responsibility
Working closely with the Senior Facilities Coordinator/Manager, you will ensure the efficient and effective running of the office in adherence with local Health & Safety guidelines.
Additional Responsibilities:
- You will assist in the monitoring of building contract maintenance such as air conditioning, security systems, utilities and fire safety equipment; and provide support in managing the company’s car fleet and company mobile phone accounts.
- Helping to maintain accurate stock control, you will assist with the ordering and distribution of office stationery and the selection and monitoring of suppliers to reduce costs; as well as managing service quality checks and helping to process and code all invoices. You will also liaise with the travel department to ensure all local transport and hotel arrangements are made for visitors.
- You will be required to provide cover and support for Reception during breaks and absence as well as providing operational cover in the absence of the Senior Facilities Coordinator or Manager.
Experience and Qualification
- You must have sufficient administration experience to undertake this role and possess a high school education or above.
- Fluent in English, as well as the local language of the host country, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, enabling you to deal with queries in a timely manner. Awareness of Health & Safety regulations would be an advantage.
- You must also be able to demonstrate initiative and flexibility with keen attention to detail. You should be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
