Job Purpose/Summary:
As a Talent Attraction Specialist will be responsible for developing an attraction strategy and developing and managing a multi-channel attraction plan aligned to a resourcing plan.
You will be responsible for improving quality of hire by accessing as wide a pool of candidates as possible, accelerating hiring times by building a pipeline to ensure we can recruit on demand, reducing the cost by improving direct hiring and optimising the employer brand through a more targeted approach.

What we are looking for:
The ideal candidate will have German language skills and significant knowledge/understanding of attraction stratagies and methodologies.
Ideally you will have worked in-house or in an RPO environment, or want to move away from the sales focus within an agency.
