Junior Resourcer – IT into Banking

Our client has a new opportunity to join their Corporate Accounts team placing IT contract candidates into leading Tier 1 Investment Banks. The role will be joining an exciting, fast paced company where there are fantastic opportunities to develop your career as well as earn big figures. There are many people in this office consistently earning £10,000 - £15,000 per month and as such you would be surrounded by talented individuals with which you can learn from.

This is a junior position in the business as they are looking to develop and train this person to either account management or consultant level. The position will initially purely focus on the placement of candidates from posting adverts, screening candidates and managing them through to placement liaising with the Account Manager throughout the process.

This person will also be expected to attend site visits alongside the Account Manager to gain a deep understanding of the client’s requirements in order to deliver effective resource.
