Our client is looking for an articulate, intelligent, driven graduate to join them as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. The company has won awards for their training scheme and has been recognised as a Sunday Times Top 100 Company.


Once trained, you will become a highly regarded specialist consultant within a high value global market. You will be joining an established team but with the potential to build a separate team of your own.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you are responsible for business development, building lasting business relationships with clients, sourcing suitable candidates for specialist roles into which you will place them after screening and interviewing. The role is challenging, varied where you will be working alongside likeminded individuals in a highly motivating exciting environment.

It is important that you are ambitious, money-hungry and career focused. Personality and confidence, a hard work ethic and pro-activeness is key in this role.

Individual, uncapped commission; realistic commission in your first year averages at £40k-£50k; year 2 averages at £80-100k; and year 3 £150k+

You must be a graduate 2.2 or above. An understanding of IT or finance is not required as full training will be given.  Any type of sales experience is a must; telesales, B2B sales, B2C sales or media sales.
