The Company:

Red Ventures is recruiting on behalf of a market leading specialist consultancy who is a niche supplier within the Banking, Financial and Professional Services industry.  

They are ideally looking for consultants to have had previous experience of working within Interim recruitment but consultants that have been specialising within permanent placements will still be considered. You would be entering a very warm desk with immediate opportunity to bill therefore must be able to come on board with very strong relationship building skills.

What are they looking for?

• Experience placing interim candidates in financial services organisations is ideal. Permanent experience will also be considered.
• Strong relationship building skills
• Clear commercial thinking
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Excellent face to face communication skills in order to effectively meet with clients and candidates.

What is on offer?

• Basic salary: up to £50,000
• Commission up to £30%
