1st Year OTE - £40,000 / Basic £18,000 to £22,000 (rising to up to £27,000 after first year)

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast growing, City Centre based recruitment company that specialises in the placement of GRADUATE recruitment Consultants into Executive Search, IT & Banking Recruitment Consultancy's based in Manchester and London.

The role involves candidate generation, management, thorough pre-screening and interviewing both over the phone and face-to-face and also involves pro-active participation in our assessment centres, held 2 - 3 times per month in our London offices.

The role involves NO new business, we are looking for Internal Recruiter's and former Recruitment Consultant's to help and advise Graduates in their new role as a Recruitment Consultant.
