Our client is a rapidly expanding IT recruitment company in the heart of the city. They are currently looking to hire a Team Leader to manage their permanent IT into Commerce division where you will take over a team of 2 (1 consultant and 1 resourcer) and manage a portfolio of existing accounts that have a highly demanding volume of vacancies.

The company have a lively and fun environment where people are billing up to £50k per month and the majority of the office are billing £20,000+. Whilst this is a new business team the role will be much more account focused however you will be handling the full recruitment process, play an active role onsite with clients and build the team with new clients too.

This is a unique role in the fact that there is so much established business as well as a billing team to take over where you can earn overrides on from day 1.

In terms of incentives, the company are currently running a target for a crème de la crème holiday to Dubai as well as running monthly Lunch Clubs and many other incentives.

They also have a clear training and development plan and you will know the exact criteria and plans to take your career the next level.

What are they looking for?

A background in new business IT recruitment

Permanent recruitment experience

Experience of managing between 1-4 people

Experience of training and developing people to perform

An ability to manage a large portfolio of vacancies across multiple clients

Ability to prioritise work and delegate it to your team to deliver exceptional results to your clients
