 DCV Technologies (Part of the Nexus Group) is looking for a pro-active individual with strong communication skills, confidence and a desire to succeed to join our successful Resourcing team. We are ideally looking for someone who has a proven track record in resourcing (1 – 2yrs) who has a desire to succeed and is looking for career with real progression in a fast moving international organisation. The ideal candidate will have either an Engineering or IT resourcing background

 DCV Technologies is a successful recruitment agency based in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire. We specialise in temporary, contract and permanent staff within several divisions including: IT/Telecoms, Medical, Engineering and Sales.

 The Role includes:

• Candidate searching / screening
• Interviewing candidates for specific vacancies over the phone
• Using job boards and other search functions to find the right candidates for vacancies
• Preparing CVs to send to clients
• Writing and posting adverts
• Working to tight deadlines
• The role will include extensive phone work so excellent communication skills are essential
