The Company:

DCV Technologies (Part of the Nexus group) is an international recruitment agency specialising in the IT, Telecoms, Engineering, and Medical sectors. With office in the UK, Europe and India we are looking to expand our existing team in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire due to the successful growth of the company over the past four years.

The Position:

The main purpose of this role is to build and develop further contract business for the IT division. This will involve developing this position to further increase company presence within the marketplace. With this in mind we are looking for someone who has successfully worked within the IT contract market previously. The role is for someone who has the 360 recruitment cycle, the ability to drive the contracts division forward and eventually run there own team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for candidates to further develop both existing clients and new business.

The Candidate:

You will be at the top of your game within the IT contract recruitment industry and be looking for a fresh, new challenge. Currently working within the IT sector you will be a proven biller with at least a years experience to boot. You will have worked either a contract desk or a dual desk.

Package:

A competitive basic salary DOE + uncapped commission is available to the successful candidate. Share options are made available to the right candidate to truly become apart of the company.

Office hours run from 8.30am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday
