IT Recruitment Consultant - Contracts Desk - Uxbridge

 Working for an industry expert this is a fantastic start up opportunity for an experienced IT Recruitment Consultant with contracts desk experience. 

My client is seeking a responsible, consistent and high performing consultant to compliment a growing team. 

Based in new, luxurious offices in the Uxbridge area you will be part of an exiting and rewarding journey as the company continues to flourish.  

You will be given the freedom to work autonomously using your own creative methods to develop a desk. The role may suit someone coming from a larger consultancy looking to break away from the mould and see more of their hard earned GP.   

Working directly with the Managing Director your first task will be to set a commission structure and KPIs that suit all parties – from here you will be  set loose to build a business empire with full support of the management team.  

A basic salary of up to £30k is available + uncapped commission. BUPA, Laptop, mobile phone and 28 days (not including bank holidays) are all included in the package.
