Role

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for highly sales focused and target driven Recruitment Consultant to work on a commercial perms desk in Bradford.

Key responsibilities include:
Proactively identifying new business opportunities, networking from the current database as well as developing and maintaining a new client database.
You will also be required to attend client visits, organise and deliver mail shots and campaigns.
Achieve weekly and monthly KPI's and revenue targets.
We’ll need you to have a current track record in the Commercial market and good geographical knowledge. In return you’ll be joining an established, successful company and you can take your career where you choose to with them.

The Person Spec:
As an existing Commercial Recruitment Consultant you will need to be business minded, driven and motivated with excellent networking abilities, strong influence and persuasion skills.

You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, increasing turnover and contributing to the success of the branch you will be helping the company to work towards their overall company goals.
