Salary £20k - £23k OTE £50k

My client is looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultants who has proven themselves within any area within the construction or trades & labour arena - placing either temporary/contract or permanent candidates. As an experienced Recruitment Consultant you will have a minimum of 2 years relevant sector experience. You will have attended client meetings and worked as part of PSL’s and understand the importance of qualifying clients and candidates properly in order for you to successfully deliver your monthly and quarterly objectives.

You will be able to build trust with your client and candidate base and work quickly once receiving an instruction from your client. You will be someone that has superb attention to detail, can build trust and be relied upon to deliver.

In a highly competitive market you will not have the benefit of time so will need to be able to demonstrate the correct level of urgency, be able to successfully network and have the  discipline to focus and source the right calibre of applicants for your clients needs.
 
Although you will regularly meet clients and job seekers this is predominantly a phone based role so you must be someone who is driven and prepared to do whatever it takes to achieve your goals.

As you will be meeting clients and job seekers you will need to be confident and professionally presented.
