Perm IT Recruitment Consultant - Financial Services

Our client in Central London, is currently looking for a high performing recruitment consultant with permanent recruitment consultancy experience gained within a commercial recruitment consultancy or agency environment.
This role will initially be focussed on candidate delivery but there will possibly be some new business development.  They are looking for successful target driven individuals, who have had experience of bringing in new roles and developing these into strong client relationships. Its an exciting opportunity to join a new team and to be part of the growth of the business from the start.

Responsibilities include:

• Communicating with consultants to collaborate on candidates, vacancies and general information
• Researching the database for candidates for vacancies and vice versa and talking to candidates to sell potential roles
• Interveiwing candidates and having regular contact with clients
• Attend regular evening network events
• Write advertising copy for posting vacancies on a variety of recruitment websites

Skills/Experience:

• Be able to show a proven track record of success in IT recruitment – ideally in the financial markets / blue chip sector
• Be able to work productively and effectively with team members
• Be of a degree level calibre
• Be optimistic about your own abilities and outcomes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
