Our client, a leading global provider of recruitment services with offices worldwide, who specialises in permanent, contract and temporary recruitment across all industry sectors and at all levels of seniority, is looking for a Permanent Recruitment Consultant for their Investment Banking Division at their central London office.
Responsibilities include:

Generating new business including making sales calls

Arranging and attending meetings with prospective clients, keeping in touch to build a long term corporate relationship

Sourcing prospective candidates and telephone screening of candidate enquiries.

Consistently achieving targets set

Writing weekly advertising and marketing material

Support candidate and client functions and events
Skills required:
- Previous sales/recruitment experience
- Excellent client communication and negotiation skills
- High self-motivation and ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Excellent organization and time management skills and the ability to deliver against tight deadlines
- Sound understanding of the recruitment industry, current market conditions and relevant legislation challenges
- Computer and strong analytical skills
