Our client, a leading global provider of recruitment services with offices worldwide, who specialises in permanent, contract and temporary recruitment across all industry sectors and at all levels of seniority, is looking for a Permanent Recruitment Consultant for their Investment Banking Division at their central London office.

Responsibilities include:

  • Generating new business including making sales calls
  • Arranging and attending meetings with prospective clients, keeping in touch to build a long term corporate relationship
  • Sourcing prospective candidates and telephone screening of candidate enquiries.
  • Consistently achieving targets set
  • Writing weekly advertising and marketing material
  • Support candidate and client functions and events

Skills required:

  • Previous sales/recruitment experience
  • Excellent client communication and negotiation skills
  • High self-motivation and ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Excellent organization and time management skills and the ability to deliver against tight deadlines
  • Sound understanding of the recruitment industry, current market conditions and relevant legislation challenges
  • Computer and strong analytical skills
