Our client, a leading global provider of recruitment services with offices worldwide who specialises in permanent, contract and temporary recruitment across all industry sectors and at all levels of seniority, is looking for a Contract Recruitment Consultant to join their team at their office in Central London.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Generating new business including making sales calls
  • Arranging and attending meetings with prospective clients, keeping in touch to build a long term corporate relationship
  • Sourcing prospective candidates and telephone screening of candidate enquiries.
  • Consistently achieving targets set
  • Writing weekly advertising and marketing material
  • Support candidate and client functions and events

Skills required:

  • Excellent client communication and negotiating skills
  • Previous recruitment/sales experience
  • Self motivated and be able to work on own or as part of a team
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Sound understanding of the recruitment industry and current market conditions
  • Strong analytical and computer skills
