An exciting opportunity has become available at RDF Group in Central Brighton who are currently looking for two experienced Resourcers /Account Managers
RDF Group is a well established IT solutions company based in the heart of Brighton

You will play an integral part in the team, with our main focus being the sourcing of permanent IT Staff to fulfil our clients requirements
You will need to be organised, and responsive, ensuring we offer a first class service to our clients and candidates.
Key responsibilities will include:
-Working with Sales Consultants to source candidates for search assignments, within the IT Sector
-To ensure that the company database is kept up to date at all times and that candidate records remain current
You should have:
Previous resourcing/ recruitment experience within the permanent sector
Excellent communication skills written and verbal
