Established Education Recruitment Consultancy requires experienced Teacher Recruitment Consultant

Basic salary negotiable for experience up to £30K + OTE

You will join a small team of hard working Recruitment Consultants who enjoy their roles and have established a vibrant atmosphere to work in.

The Role
Recruitment Consultants/Senior Recruitment Consultant Education Sector
Interviewing and placement of teaching staff.
Full recruitment cycle, recruiting teachers into Nursery, Primary, Secondary and SEN schools.  
You will be responsible for a mix of user and non-user schools in a defined geographical area.
Selling the services and benefits of our client via the telephone and face to face visits with decision makers in schools.
First class customer service is as important as sales and business development.  



Essential Experience
Recent and successful experience within Education recruitment; Primary, Secondary or SEN, or
Recent and successful experience as a Recruitment Consultant from other high volume temps recruitment sectors; social care, commercial, construction, engineering.  If you are coming from another sector you would need to demonstrate to my client that you can pick up the idiosyncrasies of Education recruitment very quickly.


Package
Basic Salary: Basic salary negotiable up to £30k, plus generous OTE.
