Role
Recruitment Business Manager Team Leader, Hospital Doctors - Essex
Drive forward the Hospital Doctors Recruitment Division
Responsibility for budget delivery and driving recruitment sales within your team.  
Work closely with key clients to ensure first class service delivery
Provide input into strategic business direction, report to the MD, and manage a large team of Recruitment Consultants.


You
Recent and successful experience managing a Doctors Recruitment team.
Tenacious, pro-active recruitment manager, able to manage a large recruitment team effectively.  
Career history will show a proven track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment sales targets.
Management style begins with leading by example.

Package
Basic salary negotiable £32K to £38K. OTE to £80k + benefits.
