Basic negotiable to £35K + commission on all billings to 20% no threshold

Role
Search and Selection Recruitment Consultant Commercial Perms
The expectation is that candidates for this recruitment division will be sourced using search and selection methodologies.  Therefore, our client is interested in speaking to experienced Search and Selection Recruitment Consultants who can build business whilst utilising headhunting and networking skills.

You would be working on permanent vacancies within the Commercial Recruitment sector.  The main focus of this role is to build the Commercial side of this business into a recognised brand within the North West and further afield.  You will focus on the placement of candidates who attract salaries from £40K upwards, into commercial areas such as Sales and Marketing, HR and Training, Customer Service and Call Centre, Financial roles.   The role is the full recruitment cycle; new business development is a main part of the role, as is fee negotiation, search and headhunting, candidate interview and management, offer negotiation, placement management.  You will eventually move into account management functions as your desk is built.

There is a great opportunity here for a commercially savvy recruitment and search consultant to build a successful team around them.  You will report directly to the Owner.

You are free to work autonomously and run your desk as your own business.  What matters most to my client is the quality of your time management and activity.  


You
Ideally you are an experienced Search and Selection consultant within the Commercial perms marketplace.  Perhaps you feel like a move from a very rigid corporate environment to a space where you are given the freedom to run your desk as you wish, coupled with the ability to respond quickly to new markets or ventures often before your competitors

You must also be a tenacious recruitment consultant, professional, and a driven self starter.  You need to want to make this marketplace a success, and reap the rewards that will follow.  You need to be commercially savvy, able to deal confidently with clients in the UK and internationally.
