KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Proven IT recruitment experience is an absolute must. Attitude is vital; we're looking for team players that want to make some serious money and are also looking at a career. Self-motivation is also a must. Perhaps you're frustrated by your current company's lack of progression, or never seeming to take much commission home at the end of the month? If you've got the drive to succeed in a challenging but rewarding environment, we want to hear from you!!!
Perm or Contract Consultants welcome, as you will be given the opportunity to dual desk anyway. You will have pay slips to prove previous commission earned and know your individual revenue generated along with KPI's and targets.
In return you will receive a competitive basic salary depending on your experience, typically £20-30k with uncapped commission from day one including benefits and car allowance potentially if required. You will be able to quickly progress into Team Leader / Manager / Account Management or People Management roles depending on your skills and suitability.
