Lorien Resourcing is looking to recruit an On-site / RPO Vendor Manager for a major client site. Lorien provides clients with a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) solution to support all aspects of its recruitment. Lorien ensures our client adopts the relevant recruitment best-practices' to meet all of its recruitment needs.

Working within Lorien's largest RPO and acting as our Customer's representative, the Recruitment Team is responsible for sourcing candidates through direct sourcing methods, promoting our customer's brand within the employment market, 3rd party supplier management and refreshing our customer's internal referral scheme.

The role of a On-site Vendor Manager within the Recruitment Team is:

- 3rd Party Supplier / Recruitment Agency Management
- Onsite with client in both Bracknell and London
- Supplier / vendor management and consolidation
- Procurement
- Project management
- Contract negotiation
- Experience in either IT / telecoms background preferable

To be considered for this role you MUST have Recruitment experience and preferably worked in a delivery based role, corporate accounts or on-site for a customer. The customer is based in Bracknell, however there will be occasional travel to multiple sites in London Hammersmith and the City.
