Recruitment Administrator / Sales Support Executive

Lorien Resourcing are looking for an experienced administrator to join their highly successful Corporate Accounts division as a Sales Support Executive. Lorien have been established for over 30 years now and our Corporate Accounts team deal with the recruitment of IT professionals into our major client accounts across the UK.

This is a very busy role in which time management is essential. You will be supporting some very major and busy accounts by producing sales reports, creating spreadsheets and running audits. You will also be responsible for; the management of all the direct contractors that the Corporate Accounts team have on site. This includes chasing paperwork, loading timesheets, issuing contractor packs, handling candidate offers through to the start of their assignment and answering any queries that the contractors may have. Communication skills are paramount as you will be in constant contact with your colleagues as well as the contractors.

We are looking for an extremely organised candidate with good attention to detail. You will be competent with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office and previous experience with Crystal Reports would be advantageous, however, training will be given on joining the company.

Experience working in recruitment environment would be a natural advantage....but those who have worked in a sales / target driven company in an admin / sales support capacity would also be considered.

You need to able to feel comfortable and confident on the telephone as you will be speaking to contractors and clients on a daily basis discussing the terms of their contract of employment.
